Our latest survey is now open - from Friday 13th January until Sunday 19th February - and we want to here from Berkshire residents about what they can, and can't do online, about whether they are struggling with increasing internet/broadband costs or about what barriers they face when going online.

2022 Digital Survey - Residents and Businesses

In 2022 we undertook our first ever Digital Survey engaging Residents and Businesses about how they use technology - from their mobile phone to streaming in their household.

What have we done with the results?

We have been working with the individual Local Authorities by sharing the region results and these have all been included in on-going projects.

Improving infrastructure across the region will continue and we will update on progress as it happens.
